Proton VPN: Comprehensive Setup Guide

1. Download and Install Proton VPN

2. Create a Proton VPN Account

Go to the Proton VPN sign-up page.
Choose between a free plan or one of the premium plans for more features and server access.
Enter your email address and create a strong password.

To confirm that your VPN connection is working, visit WhatIsMyIPAddress.com.
Verify that your IP address and location match the server you are connected to.
If your IP address is different, Proton VPN is successfully securing your connection.

7. Disconnect from Proton VPN

To disconnect, click the "Disconnect" button in the Proton VPN app.
Your internet connection will return to its normal state, without VPN protection.
